Situated right here in Brevard County, Cocoa Village is a dream spot for anyone with a camera in hand. A Mix of Urban and Scenic

From the moment I set foot in Cocoa Village, I am struck by the remarkable blend of history and modernity in its architecture. A short walk will take you to quaint alleyways and colorful buildings. A short stroll away you’ll find the scenic riverfront near the historic Porcher House.

As a nature lover, I was thrilled to discover the abundance of natural beauty in Cocoa Village. The scenic park, serene riverfront, and the colorful and small town shops provided endless opportunities to capture stunning images. There are ample amount of nooks and crannies with gorgeous landscaping with greens and color flowers to brighten up any image. How cute are these butterfly chairs pictured above??

Getting There and Parking

The energy of Cocoa Village’s streets is contagious. Quaint shops, charming cafes, and vibrant street art create an urban tapestry that’s an absolute joy to photograph. But those same qualities is what drives traffic to the area. So although there is no need to pay to enter like some other locations I shoot at, it might be busy. Just make sure to arrive early in order to find a parking spot. Depending on the time and day, it can sometimes be a challenge.

Cocoa Village and it’s Handy Dandy Playground

While sessions themselves can sometimes be just as fun, there is a playground right at the center of Cocoa Village. Your kids can run right over and decompress after posing and smiling for my camera. Sometimes, playground photos can be incorporated into the session if those are the candid vibes you want to capture.
