Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of photography services provided by Alyssa Dougherty Photography (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a session or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Booking and Payment
Deposits and Payment Schedule
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your session date
- The remaining balance is due before final image delivery
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations may incur a cancellation fee (percentage of total session fee)
- Rescheduling is complimentary if requested 6+ weeks before your session
- Rescheduling fees may apply for changes requested within 6 weeks of your session
Image Rights and Usage
Copyright
- All images remain the intellectual property of Alyssa Dougherty Photography
- Unauthorized copying, editing, or reproduction is prohibited
Print Rights and Usage
- Print rights are available for select session types
- Prints must be purchased separately unless otherwise specified
- We reserve the right to use session images for marketing and portfolio purposes
- Clients may opt out of marketing usage by written request
Image Delivery
Timeline and Access
- Standard delivery timeline is 1-2 weeks unless otherwise specified
- Images are delivered via online gallery
- Images are archived for a minimum of one year
- Additional archive time is not guaranteed
Third-Party Vendors
- We may work with additional photographers, studios, or print vendors
- Client information may be shared with these vendors as needed
- Print orders are fulfilled through professional print partners
Studio Policies
- Professional conduct is expected from all parties
- We reserve the right to terminate sessions due to inappropriate behavior
- Props and equipment must be handled with care
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
